The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations
• Manage the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes

• Handle employee relations, ensuring effective conflict resolution
• Support performance management and training programs
• Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and well-being
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in HR software and Google workspace
