Job Title: Cost Control Supervisor

Are you a strategic and detail-oriented professional looking to make a positive impact in the financial operations of a company? We are seeking a driven Cost Control Supervisor to join our team.
As the Cost Control Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and analyzing cost expenditures to ensure the organization is operating efficiently and within budget.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee and manage the cost control and reporting processes for multiple projects
• Use Odoo software to record and track costs, inventory, and purchase orders.
• Ensure Odoo reports are accurate and up-to-date for internal and external financial reporting.
• Conduct cost analysis, forecasting and budget preparation
• Develop and implement cost control policies and procedures
• Review and approve vendor invoices and purchase orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policy
• Analyze actual versus budgeted costs, identify variances and take corrective action
• Develop and maintain cost databases, spreadsheets and other financial reports
• Work with project teams to develop and maintain project budgets, schedules and cost reports
• Provide regular financial updates and reports to senior management
• Ensure cost control procedures are compliant with company policy, industry standards and relevant regulations
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field
• Must have experience using Odoo software
• 5+ years of experience in cost control, project accounting or related role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Advanced knowledge of cost control methodologies, financial analysis and accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and cost control software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
