Position: Head of Micro Financial Institution (MFI)
Location: Oshodi, Lagos
Remuneration: 300,000 – 350,000 net salary + Bonus+ HMO cover+ Pension plan
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven head of Microfinance Institution (MFI) to lead and expand our lending operations across various locations.
The ideal candidate will oversee loan-focused services, driving business growth, expanding our customer base, and increasing sales and profits. A proven track record of managing multiple branches, leading high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expansion
– Manage and oversee multiple microfinance institutions across various locations
– Lead and motivate high-performing teams to achieve sales and profit targets
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase market share
– Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and regulators
– Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
– Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Requirements:
– Minimum 5years of experience in commercial banking, or microfinance.
– Female preferred for gender balance
– Proven track record of managing multiple branches and leading high-performing teams
– Strong business development and sales skills
– Excellent leadership, motivational, and communication skills
– Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions
– Strong understanding of microfinance operations, regulatory requirements, and industry trends
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
