Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Awka, Anambra State, within the Manufacturing industry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing key HR functions, ensuring smooth administrative operations, and supporting the development and implementation of company policies and procedures.
Ideal applicants will possess strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR databases.
- Administer payroll, leave management, and benefits programs.
- Address employee relations, grievances, and manage disciplinary actions.
- Ensure full compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Oversee office administration, ensuring efficient daily operations.
- Manage office supplies, coordinate with vendors, and handle facility maintenance.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and manage official correspondence.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of company records and related documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
- BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications in HRM will be a strong advantage.
- A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in Human Resources Management (HRM) and senior administrative roles.
- In-depth knowledge of HR functions, labour laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to organize, multitask, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
Salary: ₦400,000/month
